Who we are
The name “Mariposa” is a fusion of our last names — Martin and Maposa — and, coincidentally, means “butterfly” in Spanish. It evokes an image of evolution, emergence, and beauty born through change — just like the transformations we’ve experienced in our own lives. Now, we help organizations embrace this same journey of growth and transformation.
We Are the Butterfly. Together, we represent the core of transformation in our brand: emerging, leading, and gently pushing others toward clarity, alignment, and equity. The butterfly is not decorative — it is purposeful, intelligent, and forward-moving, just like our work.
The Wings Are Our Legacy. One wing represents Candice. The other, Eula. Our shared years of experience in HR, leadership, analytics, and cultural transformation allow us to lift others with balance, harmony, and vision.
The Flight Path Is Strategic. We don’t flutter. We fly with direction. Our solutions are guided by frameworks, analytics, and insight. Every pivot is intentional. Every engagement is designed to create lasting, measurable impact.
